A home practice gives you freedom, privacy and the flexibility to practise at your perfect time. All you need is a little space and a little structure.
Setting Up Your Space
- Choose a quiet corner with enough room to stretch out
- Use a non-slip mat or towel
- Have a blanket and cushion nearby for comfort
- Soft lighting and, if you like, calming music
- Keep props simple: a strap, block and water bottle
Building a Simple Routine
Start with 15–20 minutes: a short warm-up, a few sun salutations, two or three standing poses, a stretch and two minutes of relaxation. Consistency matters far more than duration.
Staying Motivated
- Practise at the same time each day
- Follow a live online class for structure
- Keep your mat visible as a reminder
- Track your practice — even a simple streak helps
Our live online classes bring the studio to your living room, with real-time instructor feedback.
